CAMO

Continuing airworthiness management organization (CAMO) is a civil aviation organization authorized to schedule and control continuing airworthiness activities on aircraft and their parts

The scope of the CAMO is to organize and manage all documents and publications for Maintenance Organizations Part 145 and Part M approved, like the development and management of aircraft maintenance programs fulfilled. A CAMO must also provide record keeping of maintenance performed. In other words, a CAMO is responsible to the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder. EASA has the power to give CAMO second privileges also but not in all cases. These second privileges allow the CAMO to conduct airworthiness reviews on aircraft, issue (or recommend for issue) Airworthiness Review Certificates, and issue a 'permit to fly' for maintenance check flights.

Our Camo is

  • Ease of use: By design, we have worked hard to streamline the Aircraft CAMO Planning processes to make the user experience easier.

  • Smart: Five fully integrated systems; Aviation Compliance Control, Aircraft Maintenance Planning, Technical Records, Reliability, and Inventory Management where data is processed and entered once and shared across all five systems saving time and increasing productivity.

  • Total visibility: No need to search for status information or to assume compliance. A Continuing airworthiness management item is managed and constantly visible as an open item in the Aircraft CAMO Software dashboard from its introduction continuously throughout its life cycle without losing sight of it at any time.
